om te wees.....
In oorwinning,
in oorvloed,
en sonder vrees!

Isaiah 60 v 19
“The sun will no more be your light of day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory”.

As long as I remember I knew that I want to make a difference, to inspire people, to motivate them, to live life to the fullest and to be His light!

For the past few years I knew that someday, in His perfect time, it will be time for me to be His light – for His glory only…as Jeremiah 29 v 11, one of my favourites verses proclaims “For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.

And more recently another favourite in Psalm 37 v 4 “As you delight yourself in the Lord, He shall give you the desires of your heart”.

So as I delighted myself in our Heavenly Father, He shows me, with a lot of confirmations that NOW IS THE TIME to COME ALIVE for Him, to be HIS LIGHT for HIS GLORY only and to make a difference for HIM! Isaiah 60 v 1 “Arise, shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord), for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you”.

That is the way it is with God. What we can accomplish on our own is hardly noteworthy. However, with the hand of the Master, our life’s work can truly be beautiful.

May we feel His arms around us and know that His hands are there, helping us turn our feeble attempts into true masterpieces. Remember, God doesn’t seem to call the equipped, rather He equips the ‘called’. Life is more accurately measured by the lives you touch than by the things you acquire.

May God bless you and be with you always and may He help us to be HIS LIGHT!
